The New Jersey Education Association (NJEA) has released a detailed response to NJDOE’s The Road Back Plan. On June 24, NJEA released its Education Recovery Plan. The NJEA plan addresses specific challenges schools and educators expect to face, and details potential solutions as well as recommendations to help make the solutions possible.
“The Road Back Plan document released today provides a number of helpful requirements and guidelines so that districts can begin the important work of preparing plans that prioritize health and safety. In some cases, the guidance may need to be more specific and less permissive to ensure that the highest standards are upheld everywhere.”
